When
Registration and KidKamp drop off opens at 8:00 AM. Conference will begin at 8:30 AM.

KidsKamp
Our childcare program is available for children ages 3 - 18. Registration is limited and will close January 4th with no exceptions. Cost is $25 per child. Register early to avoid disappointment!

To make a reservation, please contact (281) 501-4600 or the central reservation system at 866-837-4209 and request the Texas Prader-Willi Association Guestroom Block at FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON HOUSTON, MEMORIAL CITY.
The nightly room rate for conference participants is $89/night.

Volunteers
We need volunteers for several activities: help with registration, KidsKamp, food prep, set-up/clean-up, etc. Note that if you register as a volunteer, you will likely not be able to particiapte in the conference as you'll be working during the presentations.

Join us for an informal recpetion on Friday, Feb 8th from 7:30 - 9:00 PM at the Four Points Memorial City Hotel. We'll be meeting at the restaurant.

Q: Are providers & caregivers allowed to register for the conference?
A: Yes! We encourage anyone affected by PWS to attend.
Q: Can I bring my baby to the conference?
A: KidsKamp is for children ages 3-18. However, we don't want anyone to miss out on learning. Please be considerate of other attendees should you bring a baby.
Q: I can't afford the conference fees. Is there assistance available?
A: Yes, please contact us at president@txpwa.org for conference grants.
Q: My child is in ECI, will my provider cover conference fees?
A: Yes, many ECI providers will cover conference fees as parent education. Please contact you provider directly regarding reimbursement.
Q: Can I purchase TX Prader-Willi Association t-shirts and merchandise at the conference?
A: Yes! We'll have a table with items for purchase.
Q: Will the food be secured at KidsKamp?
A: Yes, for the KidsKamp we'll have all food secured and will have a PWS menu.
Q: My child will be attending KidsKamp. Will you administer his/her medication?
A: No, the KidsKamp counselors will not be administering medication.
Q: I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry, we cannot issue refunds at this time.
